Temporary lot

If you select a temporary lot, the list of devices it contains appears in addition to the following information and options:

  1. The name of the lot.
  2. The "Create Outgoing Lot" button allows you to create an outgoing lot from a temporary lot.
  3. The "Create Incoming Lot" button allows you to create an incoming lot from a temporary lot.
  4. The "Delete Lot" button allows you to delete a lot. When deleting a lot, the devices are not deleted, they remain in the list of all devices.

Incoming or outgoing lot

If you select an input or output lot, the following tabs appear:

  1. In Devices "devices": there is the devices section with the menu and list of devices.
  2. In Documents "Documents": a form to link documents to the lot, for example the entry or exit delivery note.
  3. In Transfer "Transfer": the form to enter the data of the transfer and change its status from open to closed or vice versa.
  4. In Delivery Note "Delivery Note": allows you to enter the information of the delivery note, such as the date of shipment or the units shipped.
  5. In Reception Note "Receiver Note" : allows you to enter the information of the reception note, such as the date of receipt or the units received.
