Snapshots
Snapshots are the metadata of a device retrieved through software. We say that this metadata is reliable because its data source comes from software that has safely extracted it.
Uploaded Snapshots
In the Snapshots section of the left menu you have access to the list of Uploaded Snapshots in the system.
This listing shows the following information:
By clicking on the icon on the right you will be able to download the JSON snapshot file.

"SID" is a five-digit abbreviated identifier of a "Snapshot id". This feature is available from version 22 of the "Usody MetaData Snapshots" software.

"Snapshot id" is an identifier of a snapshot file or also known as the JSON file generated from the "Usody MetaData Snapshots" software. To ensure that it is globally unique whenever possible, we use the UUID convention of the RFC 4122.

"Version" is the software version of "Usody MetaData Snapshots".

"DHID" is the identifier of the device in your DeviceHub inventory.

"System UUID" is a globally unique device hardware identifier.

"Status" is the result of the inventory of the device in your inventory.

"Type Upload" can have two values: "New Device" or "Update". "New Device" means that the snapshot load has generated a new device, "Update" means that the snapshot load has updated an already existing device in the system.

"Type Device" can be one of two values: "Snapshot" or "Twin". Snapshot is a type of device that has been generated from a snapshot file, twin is a type of device that incorporates a Placeholder part and a Snapshot part.

"Original DHID" is the DHID that was generated in the system the first time the device was registered. Note: When creating a twin, the DHID of the device is replaced by the DHID of the twin, we include this column so as not to lose the traceability of this change.

"Time" is the inventory date of the device.
Placeholders
Placeholders are a type of device created manually by a user. We say that your metadata is not software certifiable because it has been entered manually (without software).
Placeholders uploaded
In the Placeholders section of the left menu you have access to the list of Uploaded Placeholders "Uploaded Placeholders" in the inventory.
This listing shows the following information:

"PHID" the Placeholder ID is the unique identifier in your inventory, it is numeric and incremental.

"Placeholder source" indicates the source used in its creation. The source can be a web form or a spreadsheet file .

"Type Upload" can have two values: New Device or Update. "New Device" means that the placeholder load has generated a new device, "Update" means that the placeholder load has updated an already existing device in the system.

"DHID" the Devicehub ID is a unique identifier in Usody, it is alphanumeric.

"Status" is the result of the inventory of the device in your inventory.

"Time" is the date of registration or update of the device.
Devices
In the devices section of the left menu you have access to two lists:

All devices: "All devices" shows all devices in the system.

Unassigned devices: "Unassigned devices" only shows those that do not have an assigned batch.

Unassigned Devices
Devices that do not yet have a lot assigned are displayed.

Lots
In the lots section of the left menu there are three drop-down lists: input lots, output lots and temporary lots.
